Our cancellation policy depends on how you booked your reservation:
Reservations made through an agency: Free cancellation up to 5 days before your arrival date.
Reservations made directly on our website: Free cancellation up to 3 days before your arrival date.
Can I book any activities in advance?
Sure, If an activity is confirmed, you can lock it in early. It’s a smart move, especially for day trips – they tend to fill up fast. So if something interests you, booking ahead is a good idea.

Can I Park my car nearby or my bike inside the property?
We are in the historic center and there are many areas restricted to traffic. We recommend leaving your car in a paid parking lot. There are several and you can also store your bicycle there.
Can I bring my lovely pets?
While we love furry friends too, Coeo is currently unable to accommodate pets. This ensures a comfortable and allergen-free environment for all our guests.
Do you have a coworking space or work area?
Sure! At Coeo Pod Hostel, our Regina Lounge is a versatile space where you can work, read, listen to music, chat with fellow travelers, and just relax. The Regina Lounge is exclusively for guests of Coeo, from all our properties. Alternatively, you are welcome to our Bartola restaurant, open from 8:00 to 11:00, to work while enjoying a delicious brunch.
