Do you like Yoga? Do you like sea? Both are really good for your mental and physical balance. So we offer you to mix those two elements by discovering SUP Yoga.
SUP Yoga is practicing yoga above a SUP board (Stand Up Paddle board). Does it seem difficult to you? It is not at all… Sessions are designed for every level and every type of body.
It only consists in stretching gently in seated or lying down postures and relax above the sea.
