Our House is a smoke-free area.

We are in the historic center and there are many areas restricted to traffic. We recommend leaving your car in a paid parking lot. There are several and you can also store your bicycle there.

Yes, we do! Our 24-hour physical reception is located at Coeo Pod Hostel. While our apartments don’t have individual receptions, the main reception at the hostel is just a short 5-minute walk from each apartment building. We’re always here to assist you!

Our online check-in process is simple and convenient:

2 days before your arrival: we’ll send you an email with instructions for checking in online – it will save you time if you do it before your arrival.

If you’re a hostel guest, it’s enough to complete the online check-in.

If you’re an apartment guest, for an extra personal touch: add a WhatsApp number – you can choose to receive information and updates about check-in that way. Once you’ve registered all guests and completed the check-in process, Coeo team will contact you on the day of your arrival to send you all the instructions for entering your apartment.

While only registered guests can access pods (due to security measures using personal key cards), you’re welcome to bring friends to relax and socialize in the Coeo Bar.
