Expect a tranquil atmosphere despite the central location. Fresca is located in the old Jewish quarter and the old Andalusian layout of narrow streets is far from traffic and noisy clubs. You might even hear the calming chime of the cathedral bells.

Absolutely! Coeo provides cleaning services for your convenience every day. Our housekeeping staff is happy to freshen up your apartment upon request from 10:00 until 14:00.

Can I access the Roof Terrace? Coeo Fresca
Coeo Fresca features a beautiful communal roof garden that’s open to all guests during the day.
However there is another rooftop terrace with private jacuzzi that belongs exclusively to the Penthouse apartment — you’ll need to book that apartment to enjoy it privately.
Can I choose an apartment?
We assign apartments by category (size, amenities) to ensure a comfortable stay for all. If you have a floor preference (e.g., ground floor), let us know upon booking – we’ll try our best to accommodate it!
All apartments within a category offer the same size, layout, and amenities, regardless of floor level.
Can I smoke inside the property?

Yes, we do! Our 24-hour physical reception is located at Coeo Pod Hostel and at Coeo Hernán Ruiz Hostel.
While our apartments don’t have individual receptions, the main reception at the hostel is just a short 5-minute walk from each apartment building. We’re always here to assist you!
