The official check-in time at Coeo starts at 3:00 pm. However, we understand that travel plans can sometimes be fluid. We will always do our best to accommodate early arrivals if your room is ready.

Yes, we do! Our 24-hour physical reception is located at Coeo Pod Hostel and at Coeo Hernán Ruiz Hostel.
While our apartments don’t have individual receptions, the main reception at the hostel is just a short 5-minute walk from each apartment building. We’re always here to assist you!
