Apartments Policies

Reception & Assistance

• Reception Location: The reception is not located in the apartment building. It is a 5-minute walk away at Coeo Pod Hostel (Calle Beatas 20).
• On-Site Assistance: Available from 10:00 to 18:00 upon request.
• WhatsApp Support: Available 24 hours for inquiries or emergencies.

Reservation & Payment Policies

• Deposits: Group bookings require a deposit.
• Payment Methods: Visa and Mastercard are accepted. All reservations must be fully paid before check-in.
• Advance Payments:
  • Direct bookings: Payment is due 3 days before arrival.
  • Agency bookings: Payment is due 5 days before arrival.
• Cancellations & Modifications: No cancellations or modifications are allowed once the cancellation policy takes effect.

Identification Required

• A valid passport or European ID is mandatory. Driver’s licenses are accepted only for Spanish citizens.

Required Information

• ID number, passport number (with support number for Spanish IDs), document type, issue and expiry dates, full name, gender, birthdate, nationality, city, province, (full address for Spanish citizens), arrival date, and signed contract.

Cancellation Policies

• Agency bookings: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
• Direct bookings: Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.

Check-in & Check-out Policies

• Early Arrival: Luggage can be stored at Coeo Pod Hostel reception (Calle Beatas 20) before check-in.
• Check-in Time: From 15:00 onwards. Guests must be 18 or older or accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Late Check-in: Guests arriving after the first night must notify reception in advance to avoid being marked as a no-show.
• Check-out Time: By 11:00. Luggage can be stored at Coeo Pod Hostel.
• Early Check-out: Reception must be informed, and the key must be returned.

Use of Facilities

• Quiet Hours: 22:00 – 10:00.
• Common Areas: Guests are welcome at:
  • Coeo Pod Hostel: Lounge area.
  • Coeo Hernán Ruiz: Restaurant and rooftop pool.
  • Bartola Bistro: Calle Hernán Ruiz 4 (07:30 – 22:30).

Occupancy Policies

• Studio: Up to 3 guests.
• Deluxe Studio: Up to 4 guests (max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 15 years).
• One-Bedroom Apartment: Up to 4 guests (max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 15 years).
• Duplex: Up to 4 guests (max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 15 years).
• Penthouse: Up to 4 guests (max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 15 years).
• All apartments include a double bed and a sofa bed.
• Cribs are available upon request.

Visitors are not allowed in rooms or common areas. However, you are welcome to meet them at Bartola (our Brunch & Bistro) at Calle Hernán Ruiz 4, open from 07:30 to 22:30.

Guest Responsibilities & Security

• Lost Items: Coeo Apartments Fresca is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
• Forgotten Belongings: Stored for 3 months; if unclaimed, they will be donated to local charities.
• Travel Insurance: Not mandatory but highly recommended for your protection.
• Emergency Services: Doctor and emergency assistance available during your stay if needed.
• Valuables: While the apartments are secure, we recommend storing important belongings in the provided safe.

Policies on Pets, Cleaning, Smoking, and Damage

• Pets: Not allowed.
• Cleaning:
  • Fresca: Daily cleaning (10:00 – 14:00) upon request.
  • Peña/Parras: Light cleaning every 3 days, linen/towel change every 5 days.
  • Hernán Ruiz & Beatas Hostels: Dormitories cleaned daily; pods/private rooms cleaned upon request.
• Smoking: Prohibited in all areas; €200 fine for violations.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage and must cover repair/replacement costs.

Rates and Additional Services

• Prices vary depending on room type, season, holidays, and length of stay.
• Non-refundable rates are charged immediately and do not allow cancellations or refunds.
• Refundable rates are subject to the cancellation policies stated above.
• The best prices are always available on our website. Special offers can be found on the “Special Offers” page.
• If you find a better rate on another agency, we will match the price upon verification.
• Activities, experiences, and events can be added to your booking during check-in or at any time during your stay.

Breakfast Options

• Coeo Pod Hostel (Beatas): Breakfast can be included in your reservation or purchased during check-in. A buffet breakfast is available from 07:30 to 10:00.
• Coeo Hostel Hernán Ruiz: Breakfast can be included in your reservation or purchased during check-in. Guests may visit Bartola restaurant directly, open from 07:30 to 14:00.
• Apartments: Breakfast can be included in your reservation or purchased at any time during your stay. Guests may opt for breakfast delivery to their apartment or dine at Bartola restaurant.

Smoking only on the street, please. We’re pretty firm on this one.

GUEST ACCESS

Only registered guests are allowed. If you have people that you’d like to meet up with, feel free to hang at Bartola Brunch & Bistro (Calle Hernán Ruiz 4).

FOOD OR DRINK OUTSIDE THE ROOMS

For sanitation reasons, food and drinks should only be consumed in the lounge area or in the restaurant. Please throw away your garbage in the bins provided.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, we promote a drug-free and responsible atmosphere on the premises.

COMMON KITCHEN

Label your food and drinks with your name and check-out date. Make sure to keep it clean after use. Every Wednesday we are cleaning the fridge.
