Coeo Account – Personal Area
If a member wants to change the telephone number or email address, he/she has to contact with member support hey@coeolife.com only member support can do this modification.
It is not possible to change payment method. If a member wants to change payment method, he/she has to contact member support reservasbeatas@coeolife.com and a new subscription has to be done. Member support deletes the member’s account and member creates a new one by selecting the wanted payment method.
Once you subscribe, payment is made automatically every month by charging the activity fee on the chosen payment method (paypal or credit card) until you cancel in your coeo account.
If a member wants a bill, he/she has to contact with member support reservasbeatas@coeolife.com They will provide him/her with the bill via email.
If a member wants his account to be deleted, he/she has to contact member support hey@coeolife.com

- Reservations made directly on our website: Free cancellation up to 2 days before your arrival date.

- Reservations made through an agency: Free cancellation up to 5 days before your arrival date.
