Do You Have a Physical Reception?
Yes, we do! Our 24-hour physical reception is located at Coeo Pod Hostel and at Coeo Hernán Ruiz Hostel.
While our apartments don’t have individual receptions, the main reception at the hostel is just a short 5-minute walk from each apartment building. We’re always here to assist you!
Is Cleaning Included? Coeo Santa María
Absolutely! Coeo provides cleaning services for your convenience every day. Our housekeeping staff is happy to freshen up your apartment upon request, place the hanger with the “Room ready for cleaning” side facing out on your door.
Turndown Service – If you prefer not to receive the evening service, place the “Not now, Thank You” sign on your door.
