Three different aparthotels
We offer various types of holiday apartments in Malaga, as Coeo has three aparthotels located in the city centre. If you’re interested, we also provide a pod hostel near our aparthotels, a new concept of accommodation where more privacy is offered compared to traditional hostels. Each of the apartments in the different aparthotels is equipped with everything necessary for enjoying a comfortable, pleasant, and elegant stay in the historic area of this iconic city on the Costa del Sol.
Besides, the capacity of our holiday apartments in Malaga is up to 3 and up to 4 people depending on their equipment, features and amenities. What they all have in common is a modern design, a fresh avant-garde style, and a beautiful decoration with some local artists’ paintings. So if you are an art devotee, you’ll adore our accommodations.

Several types of holiday apartments
Depending on the aparthotel you choose, that is, Coeo Peña, Coeo Parras or Coeo Fresca, you will find three kinds of flats, which can be the following:

Deluxe Studios
One bedroom apartments
Duplexes
Penthouses
The main differences between them are, in general, as follows:
- Capacity. The studios have the smallest capacity, but still offer accommodation for a maximum of 3 people.
- Size of beds and sofa bed. Likewise, the capacity of the bed and the sofa bed varies from one flat to another.
- Views and terrace. Those flats having a terrace and stunning views of the historic centre are the duplexes and the penthouse. The rest of them can have a small balcony, windows to the street or to the interior courtyards.
- Jacuzzi. Our Fresca penthouse has a fantastic outdoor jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace overlooking the Malaga Cathedral.

Holiday apartments in Malaga on the Costa del Sol
On the other hand, our holiday apartments in Malaga are the perfect place and a strategic point to get to know and enjoy the best of the Costa del Sol. Our famous city beach is only a 15 minute walk away, and we are also very close to the main transport links and the port of Malaga.
In case you want to learn more about this beautiful paradise that is the Costa del Sol, you should know that our city is less than 20 km away from tourist places such as Torremolinos or Benalmádena and only an hour away from Marbella by motorway. Moreover, inland places as interesting as El Caminito del Rey and El Torcal de Antequera are just over an hour away from our holiday apartments in Malaga. By the way, from Coeo we can organise day trips to these places… In case you prefer to forget about the car for a few days! Ask us about our excursions around the province.
